新收到的板子，CCS版本 6.2.0.00050，controlSuite版本 3.4.8
测试程序：LAUNCHXL-F28069M的demo程序，Example_2806xLaunchPad
第一次编译，报错。提示F28069.CMD文件中错误。更改cmd文件，第二次编译通过。
DEBUG，第一次报错。如下：
IcePick_C_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -2131 @ 0x0) Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 6.0.407.3)
同时发现launchpad的虚拟串口无法在电脑上识别（JP6 JP7各种组合都试过）。但是可以判断28069m是已经有写入demo程序的。
然后，我尝试在F28379D的LAUNCHPAD上写入28069的demo程序，通过。
请问，是不是我新收的launchpad硬件出问题了？
