在这个界面下下载CCS6.2版本的windows软件，始终无法下载。登陆账户用途选择民用，确认信息后提交，每次都被拒绝。之前在这个界面成功下载过CCS，请问现在是什么情况？
估计上黑名单了，换个邮箱重新注册下就好了，我有一段时间也是这样。
