  • 复用 也就是要么单端信号输入 要么差分输入 共16个脚 配置为单端的话也就是16路输入
    配置为差分的话也就是每两个脚一组 也即是8路 而不是你理解的16+8

    • Selectable resolution of 12 bits or 16 bits
    • Ratiometric external reference set by VREFHI\VREFLO
    • Differential signal conversions (16-bit mode only)
    • Single-ended signal conversions (12-bit mode only)
    • Input multiplexer with up to 16 channels (single-ended) or 8 channels (differential)

    F28377内部有四个ADC模块,每个ADC都是基于SOC基值,每个ADC都有16个SOC,可以配置16个单端采样,但并非对应16个ADC输出接口,因为并非所有的ADC都有实际的16个输入口。比如说,ADCA只有6个输入口,ADCA0~A5, 加两个公用的ADCIN13, ADCIN14. 

    至于每个ADC有16个SOC采样,而实际的输入端口6个或8个,主要是因为以前的C2000ADC就是16个SOC,还有有些ADC输入口是内部信号,没有接到外面。

    所有的ADC模块,加起来的实际ADC输入引脚,如果是ZWT封装,有24个。
