新手刚设计了以一个F28375D的单片机板路，用ccs能下载下去程序，但是接下来点击运行程序，会提示low power，请问这是为什么，是哪个引脚没调吗，可是我从头到尾看了着100个引脚都按照要求来的，程序我用一块28377D开发板试过，开发板能行，但是下载到我的板子上就运行不了，请大神帮我解答一下，非常感谢
以下是ccs给出的错误提示：
