关于C2000-GANG下载程序之后指示灯不亮的问题的请教

 各位好,

我在使用C2000-GANG给TMS320F2809烧录程序的过程中遇到一些问题想请教?

1. 首先编程器的背光不太清晰,会有闪屏的现象;

2. 程序烧写的过程中,Mode指示灯亮,我是给一个板子烧录的,程序烧写之后,屏幕上显示对应的口烧写成功,但是Error和OK指示灯都不亮;

通过工装验证功能一切都正常,分析程序下载进去并且正常;

想请教各位是什么原因,麻烦帮忙分析一下,实际现象如下图所示:

  • 请问您的C2000-GANG是何时购买的?通过哪种渠道购买的,ti官网还是哪一个代理商?

    您现在是如何给它供电的呢?
  • 您好,是从Serial购买的,大概是今年7月份购买,具体时间不太记得了,供电就是通过编程器的适配器给供电的
  • 那您可以参考 www.ti.com.cn/.../spruhs0c.pdf 的2.4 Self Test 自测一下看是否正常。若是不能成功自检的话,建议您直接联系新晔来进行售后

  • 您好,通过Self Test功能做了检测,最终显示结果为没有问题,跟C2000-GANG用户手册里面给出的截图一样;另外一个问题是,当编程器刚刚接入电源的时候,Error和OK指示灯是都会亮一段时间,Mode会一直闪,然后三个指示灯同时熄灭;烧录过程中Mode灯闪,Error和OK不亮,烧录完成,屏幕显示finished,三个灯都不亮,并且屏幕一直不清晰
  • 另外想请教一下:有没有可能是供电部分的问题,用自带的适配器供电和用电脑USB供电的结果是一样的
  • 能给一下您self test 的report吗?现在是即使指示灯不正常但程序还是可以正常烧录到芯片的?

    The C2000 Gang Programmer's internals can be supplied from the computer's USB port (5 V, 0.5 A),but an external power supply is needed for programming target devices. Target devices can be powered independently or from the C2000 Gang Programmer's 6-10V power supply connector. In this case the external power supply must provide a voltage between 6 V and 10 V DC and must be capable of providing a minimum current of 1.5 A.
