在电脑安装了controlSUITE，路径为C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits,想基于此进行一些设计开发，看到该文件夹下有硬件资料或者软件代码，想请教如下问题：

1、这个文件夹下的文件，是怎么样的分类，即如何使用该文件

2、硬件资料，什么软件能打开，想最直接的看看TI的原理图和PCB版图设计，不是PDF格式的图纸，谢谢
