320f28335 I/O口电平问题

目前客户要求选用tja1050作为can收发器，但是这个收发器是5V供电的，实测can输入输出电平4.1V。28335技术参数上标明I/O端口最高耐压4.6V，推荐电压3.465V，不知我用这个收发器直接与can输入输出口连接会不会影响DSP的寿命（通讯过程高电平4.1V），目前通讯正常，就是担心时间久了有问题，望大神解答。
