TMS320F28377S芯片内部RAM读写速度

如题，请问一下像TMS320F28377内部的RAM读写速度能达到多少，一个指令周期能访问几次？每次多少个bit？

同理像c28x，c6000核的DSP，内部ram的读写周期一般是多少？

还有EMIF接同步SRAM的话，读周期是等于setup time+hold time+SRAM的access time吗？
