代码通过CCS7.3烧写后，复位或断电运行正常，通过编写的SCI-BootLoader 代码调用FAPI函数将程序写入Flash，校验成功，也可以观察到代码被正确写入，但复位或掉电后，无法运行程序，通过CCS可以看到Boot过程停止到“estop”代码，没有进入0x80000入口执行code-branch代码，GPIO72和GPIO84Boot引脚为高电平。why？难道还需要编程OTP？

GPIO72/84处于高电平时系统处于GET MODE模式， 可以观察一下OTP此时是否设置为了Flash Boot模式。
