在LEVEL2情况下，电机是4对极，永磁同步电机，额定转速是3000转/分钟，额定频率是200，想请教一下需要设定哪些参数，目前speedref设为0.7时电机堵转，正常来讲这种电机在LEVEL2可以达到额定转速吗
