上面写倒0.5pu(1800rpm)时是电机的最大转速，我想问一下1800rpm是谁规定的，如果我想让4对极电机达到3000rpm的话，只需更改BASE frequency和POLES就可以了吗？另外在LEVEL2情况下可以达到额定转速吗
