功率电路电压一加大，CCS5.5就死机怎么办？

如题，仿真器用的合众达XDS510PLUS，控制对象为一个PWM整流器，当电压加到150V（L-L RMS）时，CCS5.5就死机了，鼠标无法点击，但DSP正常运行，产生的波形也正常。

请问这可能是什么原因？是软件设置的原因还是仿真器的原因呢？有没有办法解决呢？
