是的，楼主还可以用pcb工具里面的测量的方法确认引脚间距等信息。
给楼主的建议是在www.ti.com主页上搜F28069，进入器件以后，每个不同的封装，都有CAD或PDF图纸。
或者Data Sheet中都有相关差异的描述。
thermal data is different that impacts different operation temp. As for PCB land pattern, it is no any different.
