如何增加 DSP IO口的驱动能力

看2812的手册的时候，发现灌电流和拉电流都只有4mA。请问如何增加io驱动能力的常用办法是什么呢？

看别人设计的板子，LED指示灯是这样设计的：

  IO口连到一个限流电阻再连LED 然后接VCC。

这样的话灌电流明显超过了手册规定的数值，这样会不会把引脚烧坏？？
