故障现象：

HVPSFB开发板上的控制卡板载的，第一次编程就这样了，程序我没有动过。
我看E2E社区上好多人问这个问题。
请问这是什么原因导致的？
有什么需要注意的吗？
我该怎么做才能恢复正常？
可以清除再编程吗？
还是得换芯片？
E2E上的是Concerto系列TMX的一个Issue，TMS320F28027的片子上不会有这个问题。
28027的密码地址在0x3F 7FF8 – 0x3F 7FFF，参见Datasheet第20页。
请楼主连接上芯片后，在Debug界面，点菜单Tools->On chip flash，在On-chip Flash标签下，可以看到安全相关的设置，点一下“Unlock”试试，如果在Console中的输出如下图所示，能够Unlock成功，那就是其他问题。如果提供，被锁了，那就需要找到密码才能解锁。
