CCS4.1.2连28035，突然变得很慢。有时要几分钟才能进入调试界面

环境：CCS4.1.2

仿真器：XDS510

目标板：28035

之前连接调试都很正常。

现在变得调试试工程，停在 launching debug session要好久（2分钟），才开始进入LOAD程序，再进入调试对话框。

若不连仿真器，也会在这个地方等好久才报错。
