DSP28032芯片，辅助电源从正常供电到强制断开，断电瞬间/XRS（pin7）信号波形出现震荡（反弹）现象，这种情况是否正常，能否有合理解释？
CH1：5V
CH2：VDDIO/VDDA= 3.3V
CH3：晶振信号
CH4：/XRS
