图中对应的时间需不需要TBCLK对应多少HZ，还是只要符合SYSCLKOUT/1,SYSCLKOUT/2,SYSCLKOUT/4就可以查出时间来了？
是对应TBCLK为90Mhz

就是说如果你的芯片时钟为90M时，死区时间就按照表中配置；如果芯片时钟不是90M，死区时间需要根据实际的芯片时钟相应的计算。
哦，如果主时钟是150M，那时间该怎么算？
死区时间等于 "死区寄存器DBFED/DBRED“ 乘以 "实际使用的时钟TTBCLK“
150M是你的频率，假设到你的pwm模块那里也是150m的话，那么周期就是6.67ns,你的死区上升下降沿沿设置30的话，死区就是30*6.67ns
