28069运行发热

我正在使用TMS320F28069PZT这款DSP，当配置在90MHz时，运行程序发热比较厉害，大概有60 ，70度，请问是什么原因，再问一下28069PZT和28069PZP这两种封装，pzp底部有散热，请问PZP是不是比PZT散热会好很多呢？
