XCLKOUT can be configured to be either equal or one-half of XTIMCLK by writing to the CLKMODE bit in the XINTFCNF2 register. By default, XCLKOUT is one-half of XTIMCLK, or one-fourth of the CPU clock, SYSCLKOUT.
