因为在网上看到了一个F28035接有源晶振的方案，图片如下：
跟 System Control and Interrupt Reference 中的时钟部分描述的接有源晶振的貌似不一致。
所以，迷惑了！
这两种接法哪种是对的啊？

这两个图的接法都没问题。下面那个图中的晶振更像是无源的，只是画着4个引脚，但接法上看就是无源的接法。
1、第一个图是有源接法，但X1引脚应接地，X2悬空；
2、第二个图应是无源晶振的接法；
