TMS320F28062通过C2Prog下载程序失败

C2PROG版本V1.8，下载线为CH340 USB转232串口线。结果显示如下。

首先我的串口线路时通的，能正常收发数据。DSP也配置为SCI_A boot模式。

另外，我用USB 转TTL下载线能成功下载。

修改C2PROG的Target.xml文件降低波特率，我也试了，还是不行(波特率降到9600)。
