在q轴方向(d轴加90°)施加一脉冲电压矢量。电压矢量的作用时间一般选取的很短,小于电机的机械时间常数,保证电机轴在电压矢量作用期间不会转动。

为什么加的电压矢量时间小于机械时间常数，电机就不会转动？永磁同步电机的机械时间常数一般多大？我在simulink中模拟上述过程，即使作用时间到小到0.1ms，电机依然会发生转动。
