28335用外部中断触发，外部信号的频率是200HZ，但是，根据时钟计算，发现中断一直在触发，触发频率不是200HZ，
找到了问题，触发频率没问题，我在线仿真时，因为两个系统时钟不一致，运行的时候，我点一次，dsp只运行了几个时钟周期，但是中断中断源已经来了好多次。也就是说两个中断间隔是现实时间，但是dsp是根据自己的时钟计算的，之后，检查10次触发中断的时间，发现基本正确，
