CCS启动时会干扰无线鼠标

CCS版本9.1.0，启动的时候，打开的一瞬间感觉无线鼠标有失控的感觉。打开以后就好了。

知道CCS是基于Eclipse的，但是其它的基于Eclipse框架的IDE就没有这个问题。

电脑是ThinkPad X230。

软件会对2.4G无线鼠标产生干扰，我知道这很扯，但是无数次实践证明还真就是这个现象。

百思不得其解。
