F280049 TZ模块如何实现带死区的正负互补脉冲信号

F280049 通过CMPSS输出一个触发信号给EPWM的TZ模块拉低一个50%的方波信号EPWM5A，再置高一个与之互补的EPWM5B，实现TZ互补信号，但是现在有一个问题是，拉低和置高动作是同时发生的，没有死区，手册上描述Valley Switching的模块好像可以实现，但是看得不是很懂，请问有更详细一点的资料或者配置吗？
