可以，比如用XDS100，或XDS510都可以。

这个SEED-DIM28035Kit只是一个controlCARD. 你需要一个底座把它插进去。有的底座自带仿真器。
如果你选了不带仿真器的底座，任何一个C2000的仿真器都可以，不一定非要SEED的。
