进行FOC无感调试，28069芯片。

debug时候在变量窗口给目标转速变量 gMotorVars.SpeedRef_krpm 赋值为1.0，应该就是对应的目标转速为1000转对吧？

在程序中，我如果要对转速变量赋值，比如1000转，应该如何赋值呢？debug时候变量窗口数据格式是Q-VALUE(24)的；这个格式，如何与我的目标转速（例如int格式）转化呢？
