CSFB设置成01代表下桥臂关闭，设置成10代表下桥臂导通，是这样吗？

如果这个寄存器设置成1010是不是上下桥臂就短路了？之前其他的寄存器都不起作用了？这种情况只能人为避免吗？

另外设置成00代表强制无效，设置成11代表软件强制禁止，这两句话是什么意思？
