以前仿真都是通过on-chip flash programmer先烧写FLASH后进行的。这次我想直接进行仿真，不知道是什么问题？
0x3f0000是FLASH区域必须用on-chip flash programmer先烧写。
如果已经烧写进去了那么就不要用load program 用load symbols。
那我只仿真的话，需要更改CMD文件？我现在用的CMD是可以烧写的。

这里有个RAM的cmd文件，重命名txt为cmd。
