CCS 10和CCS10.1在主循环打断点不停，在中断代码打断点可以停

DSP使用TMS320F28377D的芯片，CCS使用V10和V10,1，无论例程还是自己的代码，主循环代码是执行的，在主循环打断点不停。但是在中断代码打断点可以停。

同样是用28075的程序，在CCSV7.2是可以打断点的，到了V10和V10.1不能打断点。
