ccs5.4 运行时间检测问题

我通过run->clock->enable看程序运行时间，用F6运行子程序后时间对不上。比如：单步将子程序跑过需要43时钟计数，通过F6确需要6534时钟计数。这是哪里出了问题？

 还有我用PWM中断触发设置为ET_CTR_ZERO零点触发，假设定的100us中断，如果给中断程序里打断点，间隔时间只有25us。。
