在使用interactive模式烧录时，第一次烧录成功，然而再次烧录时出现
看了相关帖子，并不是供电问题，重复实验，并不使用c2000 gang设备供电，依旧无法烧录，但可使用“from image mem"模式重复烧录。
但使用”standalone"模式时，用设备内image文件烧录时，显示“2 opentarget Error 23: MCU device init failed”
