如何再已有的EPWM中断的基础上再添加一个中断，并且使这两个中断保持同步？

我原来的程序有个10khz的epwm中断用来给比较寄存器赋值，现在我想开另一个100khz的中断用来adc采样并做滑动平均滤波，滤波后的的值要给epwm中断使用，所以要求两个中断要保持同步，请问使用哪种中断能实现这个功能呢？
