对于三相逆变方式，我设定一主两从三个pwm模块工作于同步状态，如果主用CTR=0产生同步脉冲，而两个从的相位寄存器都设为零的话，按照参考指南：同一时刻主和从的时基计数值会不会差1？如果不差是为什么？（ePWM Reference Guide 第29页：This operation occurs on the next valid time-base clock (TBCLK)edge.）
