InitGpio()的注释是说把所有的GPIO设置成输入上拉，那么当自己程序需要使用某GPIO时，是不是只需要设置寄存器不为零的，比如设置成输出，或禁用上拉，或复用其他功能，而原本已经被初始化的寄存器是不是就不用再写一遍啊？
