LAUNCHXL-28379D开发板无法写入例程

新买的ti的开发板LAUNCHXL-F28379D，用的ccs v6，照着开发板的User's Guide里说的，从C2000Ware3.03导入了例程，config里gel文件配置正常，build能行

debug时发现，开发板自带的例程launchxl_f28379d可以写入ram正常运行，但无法写入flash，报错如下

试了下flash例程flash_programming_dcsm，同样的报错。

是片里的flash坏了吗？
