cla变量问题

如图，定义在 这个区域的变量应该是cla可写可读。cpu仅可读的变量，但当这个变量在上次运行中被赋值，推出ccs debug，在重新烧入程序，进入debug，但在运行之前这个变量还保留着上一次的值而没有被初始化，请问这是为什么?

当拔掉电源，对dsp重新上电，再次进入debug，该变量的值变得异常，并且变量在程序中进行运算的结果也是异常的
