右键工程，有一个build option，里面的compiler 》 include path中，找到device.h头文件的文件夹路径。
或是直接通过add file把该头文件包含进工程也可以。也可以直接复制该头文件在你的工程目录下。

Inlcude path的路径不能选，只能手动输入，但是路径不知道怎么手动输入，我吧DSP2833x_h文件放到了工程目录下，似乎无效。
在compiler > preprocessor 中有 include search path， 例如..\..\DSP280x_headers\include 表示在当前工程目录上退两级，然后哪里有一个DSP280x_headers文件夹，再往下就是include目录文件夹。
你也可以输入绝对路径。
