TMS28388D中ADC单端16bit模式问题

请教下，在TMS28388D的ADC中，有看到16bit的单端模式，且采样通道数可以达到20（176PIN)或24（337PIN)，请问这个模式的准确性和稳定性怎样的？相对于12bit的单端模式有什么需要注意的地方么？

    你好，这点我建议你可以看一下芯片datasheet第137页的7.11.2.3 ADC Electrical Data and Timing，里面有介绍16位模式的一些电气信息。特别是7.11.2.3.3 ADC Operating Conditions (16-bit Single-Ended)开始的内容，讲的是单端模式的信息。其中的Note部分则是单端16bit模式需要注意的地方。
