自己新建的CCS工程。
配置CANA0通道，单独收报文和单独发报文都可以，收发一起的时候，收不到报文，发送可以成功。
其中收报文实在CANA0中断中，发报文实在主程序中，发送周期大概1s.
同一个通道收发会冲突吗，是软件解决这中冲突的吗？
