TI给的HVACI例程中，关于正交编码器部分测电机转速，在level3中开始出现，我现在没有通强电，只是纯粹为了验证电机转速检测，所以把其他的模块都注销的情况下，手动旋转电机，应该能看到转速变化的，为什么速度一直都是零啊？ (*eQEP[m]).QPOSCNT寄存器中的值一直为零，有没有谁对这个模块进行验证过啊？
用的是TI给的程序，28035
