这个怎么设置为>=输出拉高啊，
因为tile中的counter，允许配置为加法器，加减的值可以是任意32位值，如果加减值不为1，可能会出现，始终不会出现 等于 的情况，
我们又很想要这个计数值>=匹配值 output拉高功能，
求问各位老师，怎么配置可以实现这个功能？
目前在用280049c实验
我试了280025c和28379，情况一样的
