F28388DEtherCAT通信，在F28388D中部署了BootLoader的模块，用TwinCAT3进行固件下载的时候选择的是.efw而我们的固件都是.bin .hex .out .s19 .msi 等格式，需要怎么转换的？还是有TI类似TwinCAT3的主站可以进行FOE固件下载的。
