CCS 如何不重新刷程序 进行load调试

TI 280049里面已具有了程序，想在不重新刷程序的基础上观察软件状态，防止重新刷程序不能复现问题。

但是CCS每次调试一点击debug就会重新把芯片的重新抹除，不知道怎么操作可以不抹除，调试软件呢？
