我读MEMORY中0x400f e000的内容是0x2040 0000，是不是版本还是0啊？年份代码2012年4月份流片的，我2013年一月份购买的，不应该是Version 0 吧！

你这个芯片的版本是实验版本芯片，并不是最终发布量产的芯片。所以不属于0或A版本。

正式芯片之前的实验芯片有版本区别吗？读取0X400F:E000,0x2040 0000,低16位为0。如果低16位位1的话，应该是versionA了吧

你是对的。实验芯片也有版本0和A。
我刚查了一下，我的芯片也是版本0，通过查看C28的地址0x0883，值为0x0000，另外你查看M3的地址0x400FE000的时候，设置memory显示格式为8或16位即可。
