如果既有EPwm1Regs.AQCTLA.bit.CAU=AQ_SET；也有EPwm1Regs.AQCTLA.bit.ZRO=AQ_CLEAR,当CMPA=0的时候，epwm1A的输出是高电平还是低电平啊
