例如：标志寄存器FR，通用寄存器SP（Stack Pointer）等等
还是只能用汇编语言？

对CPU 寄存器我认为应该只能用汇编进行操作，你可以在 C中内嵌汇编代码。另外，关于这方面的例程占时没发现。
