我应用的是58 60 61 66引脚 67引脚做中断输入 外扩的ch395q 现在程序在cpu1中运行正常但是放cpu2中就不能运行了 请问除了下面我的配置还有怎么配置么

你好，一般来说把引脚分配完成后，通过CPUSEL6将ownship分配给CPU2就可以了。我看你的程序把这两步都完成了，应该可以做到SPIB正常运行了。有没有可能你的CPU2没有运行起来？
或者，你的程序中有没有使用诸如DMA、GSx RAM之类的？有没有将这些在CPU2上启用？
