您好，制作了5块F28M35的板子，3块可以正常工作，其中两个出现了一些问题。如下：
1、上电启动后，复位引脚XRS上电后持续低电平，导致无法连接仿真器。
2、上电启动后，测试3.3V、1.2V和1.8V内核电压，其中3.3V和1.2V正常，1.8V处输出2.4V，有问题（手册上显示1.8供ANOLOG子系统）。
3、时钟外供30M，测试正常。
紧急因对：强制将复位信号拉高，M3核可以正常工作，但是C28核仿真器始终连接不上，报错如下：
C28xx_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -1155 @ 0x0) Device may be operating in low-power mode. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 5.1.507.0)
